6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement AES-256-GCM encryption for secrets at rest, TLS for data in transit, and RBAC-based access controls. You retain full ownership of your code, configurations, build artifacts, and signing credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your Enterprise agreement. We reserve the right to suspend Service for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lycan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination before permanent deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email and an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
